Cookmate

CookmateBuy!

Your fridge is almost empty, but you want to cook something for your family or friends? Cookmate by Tapmates is the right app for you. It is one of the most beautiful apps I have ever seen. It stands out with a really beautiful icon and a gorgeous user interface.

With Cookmate you can easily make delicious meals with the items you have in your fridge. Just tap the items you have in the pantry menu and tap the magic search button. That’s it. Cookmate finds meals you can easily cook with the ingredients you have. Just follow the description. You can view photos and ratings before you start cooking. You can also browse through the dishes in the american cuisine. It would be nice if Tapmates added a search function for the american cuisine but except this, this app is a great!

It costs $1.99.

Games: Wii

Wii GamesDon’t Buy!

Games: Wii by Flexible Code is an “organizer” for your Nintendo Wii and its games. Would you like to know which games are going to be released? Have you lost the overview of the games you plan to buy? You can manage your games, read reviews and look at screenshots. The application offers a good overview of Wii games, but it only contains games which are available in the USA.

Unfortunately, the user interface is not good at all and the application icon looks horrible. The application is slow and doesn’t even work well. I recommend managing your games on your own, because Games: Wii is not worth its $1.99.
