Touchgrind is one of the apps that never get boring. It is a finger board game on a whole new level! The graphics are stunning and it feels like a real fingerboard. The menu and the icon are well-designed and the sounds are incredibly authentic.
Touchgrind is different from typical skateboard games where you have to tap the jump button and everything is fine. You have to pop and flip the board and catch it in the right moment just like a real board.
Touchgrind is stunning, the graphics and the sounds are amazing and the gameplay is incredible! It is available for $4.99 in the app store.

Don’t buy!
Rolando by ngmoco:) is indeed a very beautiful and nice game! Every function of the iPhone can be used to bring the Rolandos back to their home. You can control the rolandos and play through interactive environments with innovative game controls. Rolando is a funny physic puzzle and it quite is a lot of fun to play.
It stands out with cute and well-designed graphics and gorgeous controls. However I don’t recommend to buy it, because for only $1 more you can get Rolando 2.
Rolando is available for $2.99 in the App Store, but don’t forget that you can get Rolando 2 for $3.99.

Don’t Buy!
FIFA 10 is a famous soccer simulator by EA which is now available for the iPhone. It features several modes like a championship mode, a manager mode and many more. The graphics and the players’ moves are really stunning! Playing it feels like sitting in a real stadium!
But on the other hand, the controls aren’t good. There are two buttons and you have to learn combinations to make goals. Some combinations are really difficult to remember. Defending is not easy either: The enemies often can’t be stopped because it’s not possible to control the players in a decent way. Moreover the game doesn’t work smoothly. There are often graphic mistakes, which is really frustrating sometimes. In the end this game has big potential but all in all it’s not worth its $6.99!

Blades of Fury by Gameloft is a 3D arcade game for your iPhone. It’s a one-on-one fighting game. You can choose between 10 different characters and 10 different arenas. The graphics and the characters are nice and the game works very smooth. Each character has its own special attacks and moves.
Blades of Fury features 4 gameplay modes: Story, Arcade, Survival and Practice. Unfortunately, there’s no mode where I can choose my enemy and mess with him. Therefore Blades of Fury features a multiplayer mode via WiFi and Bluetooth.
Blades of Fury is a nice action game, which unfortunately becomes a little boring very fast. It costs $4.99 and for this price I can’t recommend it, but fortunately, there are often special price reductions.

N.O.V.A. by Gameloft is a fantastic science-fiction game. It’s a first-person shooter as well. You play as a soldier who is fighting aliens on an unexplored planet. The graphics and the animations are stunning and the weapons, character models and levels are well-designed.
The controls are really good. The single player mode offers 15 levels in 5 different radical environments. N.O.V.A. features a multiplayer mode via WiFi or Bluetooth. Furthermore this game supports a deathmatch mode.
N.O.V.A. works very smoothly and playing it is a joy. It’s available for $4.99 in the App Store.
